Sheri Yuschak has an extensive background—15 years—in accounting and finance practices. As VP and Controller, Sheri is an executive member of the finance team at Goodroot. She oversees all accounting activities, including the production of financial reports, maintenance of accounting records and budgets designed to mitigate risk for Goodroot and its affiliate companies. In addition to her role at Goodroot, she also serves as the Treasurer on the executive board of directors for the Connecticut Technology Council.  

Sheri’s vast experience spans small-to-midsized business operations, multiple entity environments and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Goodroot, Sheri was accounting manager at a startup technology company, where she was responsible for all accounting and audit activities. She played an instrumental role in several acquisition deals, including successfully transitioning her accounting team, policies and procedures from a private to public entity in less than a month following a merger.
